Livestock Quality Assurance Training
Quality Assurance Training is still mandatory for 2025 for all youth taking market livestock and lactating dairy cattle/goat projects in order to be eligible to participate in junior fair events, shows and sales at the fairs.
- Tuesday, March 4—QA #1, 7-9 PM Washington County Jr Fair Building
- Saturday, April 5— QA #2, 9-11 AM Washington County Jr Fair Building
- Monday, May 12— QA #3, 7-9 PM Washington County Jr Fair Building
Test-out Option – Youth ages 12-14 and 15-18 may participate. The test will be offered immediately following each QA session

2025 Washington County Jr Fair Schedule
County Fair Pen Reservations using onlin FairEntry system - due August 4, 2025
- Online entry will be for all Jr Fair Entries and all Open Class Entries.
- This includes: Beef Breeding, Dairy Breeding, Goat Breeding, Lamb Breeding, Poultry Breeding, Rabbit Breeding, and Horses.
- Complete entry instructions will be available early May 1, 2025.
- FairEntry will open June 1, 2025 for Jr Fair AND Open Class entries.
