Private Applicator Pesticide & Fertilizer Recertification sessions will be held at
OSU Extension, 202 Davis Avenue, Marietta OH 45750.
March 24 - 5 to 9 pm
March 26 - 12 to 4 pm
March 29 - 9 am to 1 pm
Fertilization recertification will be held the first hour of each session
All recertifications can be acquired at each session.
Category 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 15 & Core are covered. Please let us know in advance of the meeting if you need recertification credit in other categories.

NEW! Two (2) step registration process.
1. You must call 740-376-7431 and reserve a spot in the session you would like to attend. Space is limited due to Covid restrictions.
2. Mail in registration form with your $35 check payable to OSU Extension.

The Pesticide and Fertilizer Recertification deadline has been extended to July 1^st, 2021, meaning applicators have until this date to recertify their private pesticide license (Ohio House Bill 404).  Below are options for renewing your license:

1. OSU Extension Office (Face-to-face)
   • March 24^th – 5:00-9:00pm
   • March 26^th – 12:00-4:00pm
   • March 29^th – 9:00am – 1:00pm
2. Live Online Recertification

• March 25^th, 2021

3. Self-Paced Online Recertification
   • Work at you own pace when it is convenient for you.
   • Course must be completed by July 1^st.

4. Individual In-person Recertification
   • For those without computers or do not feel comfortable in a group setting, can schedule a time to come to the OSU office in Marietta for individual recertification.
   • By appointments only – must call ahead of time.  740-376-7431
   • Appointments will be scheduled in June.
   • Training will consist of only videos for the entire duration of the class.
