FOOD SAFETY TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION
2026 Class Schedule
Manager, Level 2 $150
Multi-day food safety training provides managers, operators, and owners with accurate, up-to-date information. Upon successful completion of the course and exam, participants receive a Certificate of Completion from ServSafe and an Ohio Food Protection Card from ODH.
Tuesdays, March 17, 24, 31, 2026 from 9:00am-3:00pm each day (registration deadline March 3)
June 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 2026 from 2:00pm-4:30pm each day (registration deadline May 26)
Tuesdays, October 6, 13, 20, 2026 from 9:00am-3:00pm each day (registration deadline September 22)
Lunch on your own.
**Must attend entire training to take exam on the final day.**
