FOOD SAFETY TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION
2026 Class Schedule
Person-in-Charge, Level 1 $25
Person in Charge (PIC): Know and Show is a one-day food safety training which meets Ohio Department of Health (ODH) training requirements for food service employees as well as those opening an establishment for the first time.
The PIC program enhances employee understanding of major food safety principles. This interactive program includes several hands-on activities, handouts, and a Certificate of Completion.

Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 9:00am-3:00pm (registration deadline July 8)
Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 9:00am-3:00pm (registration deadline October 20)
