Following a careful meal plan is the first step in controlling blood sugar for people with diabetes. This is also the hardest step. Dining with Diabetes helps by teaching people with diabetes to reduce sugar, salt, and fat in foods without giving up good taste. This class series will take place on Wednesdays, June 22, 29 & July 6 from 6:00pm-8:00pm, and will be held at the Ohio State University Extension office located at 202 Davis Avenue, Marietta.
