What can we learn from those Nutrition Facts Labels about Calcium?
Summer’s coming and all those fun outdoor activities. We need strong bones to participate. What food group can help us? The Dairy foods, of course. We’ll also investigate the Nutrition Facts label to see how to get enough calcium in our diets. A summer favorite is our June recipe: Ice Cream in a Bag!!
Join the fun with Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Assistant Cindy Styer this month at this FREE, open-to-the-public class offered not only at county libraries, but at various food pantries and free meal sites.

Belpre from 1:30 to 2:30 on Monday, June 8
Marietta from 1:30 to 2:30 on Monday, June 15
Beverly from 10:30 to 11:30 on Thursday, June 25

Friday, June 19 from 4:30 to 5:30 at the 3 C’s Food Pantry at the Cutler Community Center
