New Washington County Website

Welcome to the new website for Washington County Extension!

OSU has upgraded service platforms and therefore been able to add additional features to help make the Washington County Extension's website more friendly and give users access to information from other counties from right here at home.

You'll notice that there is a calendar in the top right of the page.  Red numbers indicate events listed on the calendar.  By clicking on a date labeled in red, you'll see all the events in Washington County listed for that date, as well as any events from neighboring counties that have been "pushed" to Washington County.

You'll also notice a series of tabbed links across the top of the page that lead to state-level oriented information.  Most notably is the "Ask an Expert" link.  You can pose a question and that question will be forwarded to the person in Ohio or even elsewhere in the nationwide Extension network who can best answer your question.  Just one more way that Ohio State University Extension is your gateway to the most relevant and research-based information that can be found on the web.
