Connecting The Ohio State University to Ohioans

A gift to Extension is a gift to the Ohio State University.

Dear Friends:

We would like to thank you for another great year with OSU Extension here in Washington County.  From a full camping program at Camp Hervida to being the #1 county in Ohio for USDA Sustainable Agriculture Grants (SARE.org) for area farmers – it has been quite a year!

And, with the impact of our nutrition programs as well as our work with townships to help with funding for improvements, our efforts have been fruitful.

As you wind down the year, we ask that you consider a gift to OSU Extension. Ohio State and OSU Extension are one in the same.  If you currently give to Ohio State - you can simply earmark those funds to benefit your friends, family and neighbors right here in Washington County.

With your gift, you will be ensuring the continuation of many great programs in 4-H, Agriculture, Family & Consumer Sciences as well as Community Development.  You may even enjoy privileges like the opportunity to purchase OSU Football tickets, campus gatherings, tax deductibility (as allowed by law) and other OSU activities.

All gifts to OSU Extension, Washington County are directed back to our Marietta office and directly impacts the citizens of Washington County.

Sincerely Yours,

Eric Barrett

County Extension Director
