Healthy Food Choices

Join us to discuss the importance of making healthy food choices.

Poor diet and physical inactivity are associated with many diseases like cardiovascular disease, hypertension, and type 2 diabetes. To discuss the importance of making choices to manage these diseases, join Cindy Styer, Family Nutrition Program Assistant, with Ohio State University Extension at area libraries in February.

The FREE classes will start at 1:30pm in:

Barlow - February 2

Belpre - February 6

New Matamoras  - February 15

Beverly - February 22

Marietta - February 23

A healthy snack of your choice will be served at the classes.
