Washington County Agriculture Email Listserv
To help in reducing costs of mailing flyers or postcards for events and other agriculture communications, we have established an e-mail listserv on the web. A listserv is simply a way to mass mail information to you via your computer and to keep junk mail out. I have already subscribed those of you that I know have
e-mail.
This is a way for us to communicate with you on a much faster basis and allows for more than one message to be sent if necessary. This list will provide press releases and other information about agriculture programs in the county. We encourage all ag agencies and county ag teachers to also send program information through this list. Basic ag news and other information should be shared by all who are on the list. Feel free to keep us up to date or ask us a question.
In addition, we have a "No Spam" feature so that spam cannot be sent to the list. For your safety, only those who are subscribed to the list can send messages to it. Also, we ask that no jokes or forwards should be sent. Let's try to keep it newsworthy and informative.
Sending a message is as easy as typing in washagriculture@lists.acs.ohio-state.edu. This will get the message to everyone on the list. That's it! If you know of others in agriculture that would like to subscribe their email acount, please have thenm send an email message to barrett.90@osu.edu.
